Christmas leaves … in June!

Cascading Leaves in coming along nicely. The KnitPicks Sock Garden knits up just beautifully. I can’t wait to order more. The only weirdness is that the colorway I have is really Christmas-y. So the sock is knitting up in berry red and varigated green stripes. I don’t feel like this colorway really allows the beautiful pattern to shine. Next time I knit this pattern I think I’ll try to find a nice green-on-green colorway.

Thanks to an afternoon of watching the Return of the King with Michael, I made great progress from the cuff seen earlier. I’m in the home stretch (aka the boring part) and about 2 inches from starting the toe decreases.

I’m undeserving of such luxury Coincidence?

I love the part after the heel decreases. It’s like rolling downhill. Your sock is looking great. Merry Christmas! 😉
