Rebecca – because we all wear heavy sweaters to the beach.

The new Rebecca special is out!

As usual, some of the photos lead me to a place I’m probably not supposed to go.

Ummm…what’s the woman on the right doing? You know, I’m SO ghetto…it looks like she’s throwing gang signs in the cable sweater. Yeah, gangsta in the knitting hizz-ouse.

Hooo boy. Thin sweater in a light color. Models! Photographers! Dim those headlights, sister! I mean really – if there’s a single woman out there that would wear THAT sweater in THAT color with no bra – raise your hand. I want to meet you! Plus, apparently turquoise and red are the new colors of the Rebecca Army. Left! Left! Left …Right…Left!

Ahhh…nothing like the smell of wet wool on the beach in the morning.

i’ve been subscribing to rebecca for years, and am axiously awaiting my fall/winter issue. when i saw this on your blog, i about panicked (sp?)! i don’t want THIS issue! (it’s like an encore, best of, issue) all these designs are from past issues. i made the cute fluffy “bed jacket” (it’s the olive ruffle edged bolero on the top left). i LOVE that sweater. i did not use the ggh yarn, but a gedifra substitute. someday, when i get my f.o. gallery in swing, i will post it to the world! i’ve enjoyed reading and lookg at pictures here, thanks!

Suzanne…you make my world a little brighter with your great commentaries, what a hoot.

I’m still laughing on the one about the headlights…geez. Words just can’t describe my giggles and laughs. Great way to start a shopping day with my two girls, I’ll be needing it.
