I’m so making THESE.
I was watching Road Tasted with Paula Dean‘s sons. They’re so hokey, but when I saw the Cheesecake Pops I was in love. It looks like the guy just makes a crustless cheesecake, lets it cool and then whips the hell out of it in a mixer. He pipes some dollops onto a tray, adds the stick, chills, dips and voila! And really, I don’t see why I couldn’t take a store bought cake, trim off the crust (ice cream toppings!) and blend that up.
I’ll keep you posted. But I’m thinking these would be a big hit at our housewarming party…
Now I just need to figure out how to make cherry flavored white chocolate.
