About

Hi!

Foofanagle is the pet name my mother uses for me. I don’t know if it’s some weird Norwegian folklore name or just some random string of syllables she put together. While it embarrassed me as a child, now when I hear it I feel warm and cozy. And when I thought about what to call this little blog, I figured foofanagle encapsulated anything I would want to cover.

My real name is Suzanne and I live in the great Seattle area. I’ve got more hobbies than I have time and I seem to be accumulating more new interests every time I venture out into the blogosphere and discover more talented crafts people and artists sharing their work.

I like…

Crafts (paper crafts, knitting, spinning, sewing, beading…whateva)

Games (We have a Wii and an Xbox 360…and while a 12 year old will kick my butt – I’ll beat my husband any day of the week.)

Movies (Anyone want to talk about the value of Kevin Smith’s dialogue vs. Quentin Tarantino’s?)

Reading

Baking

My Husband

…not necessarily in order of importance

You are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing all your work and your fun. The casualness with which you encourage others to try projects has me motivated. If I have some luck, I’ll send photos. Happy Monday on this sunny day in the Northwest.

I have been looking for a wholesale company that sells double sided crepe paper.I see you have some.. Would you like to share the wholesaler? I am in Canada and can’t find anyone that sells it up here or anyone that will share what wholesaler they buy it from,,,Not sure why…I use it to make flowers. I do not sell on the net.it is for my person use and to teach. I teach kids and handicap people. So if you could share where you buy your paper from, I would be very happy.
    Thank you,
    Carol
